Gourmet Chef Beatrix Rohlsen specializes in vegetarian cuisine - Big Sur's Esalen Institute and Santa Barbara's White Lotus Yoga Retreat Center are among the places she has cooked. A world traveler, born in Austria and raised in Germany, she is also a painter, a poet, and a Reichian therapist.
